The Climb - 9/11 Memorial Workout

This workout was written to honor the sacrifice of 412 First Responders who died during the 9/11 attacks.

41 minutes and 20 seconds of physical movement that you choose in honor of the 412 first responders that lost their lives. Examples are:
- Walking
- Climbing Stairs
- Yoga
- CrossFit WOD* - 100 stairs/steps, 20 burpees, 30 sit ups, 40 lunges/air squats
